It has even been said on some forums that the body hides is just a camo and the real car that is beneth is the Audi A5.

Truthfully, im starting to believe this more, it seems more logical.... Again, some one should really confirm this with real info.

the thing goes like, the car that should appear in the model cycle after a car that didnt show up yet wont be produced and will have 600+hp and be more expensive than an E55 and a M5 lol.

I can't see why the RS6 has to be mega expensive. The V10 engine is all ready there and Audi just have to do some tweeks here and there and Voila the engine will produce 500hp+.

This is not the first time I`ve herd about the 600hp rumer from the new RS6.
If the RS4 is $20,000 above the competition you can the same for the RS6!!
Why wouldn`t it be seeing that it`s the bigger brother, it`s very logical.
I believe these guys are pretty much on the nose with this article.

No RS6 just sounds wierd, but i will say it wasnt the hottest of sellers at the price the were asking. But nontheless, i expected it to be prduced.

If that's how ///M built their cars, then we wouldn't have things like the M5 and M6. Trust me it is just a little bit more complicated than that.

Maybe they are saying that the final price might too expensive. Is the Lambo engine hand made? Either way, I don't think that that lone will stop them from making the RS6

1- RS6 won't have 600 hp but around 550 hp from a new 5.5 lt FSI engine.
2- That car in the spy pics is not S6 or RS6 but something else is hiden below probably Audi A5 cause it has a smaller than A6 wheel base.
3- I don't know who wrote that article but he 'd better check again his sources.

Look how smaller is the wheelbase in the mule. A6 has a wheelbase of 2843 mm and this car appears to have around 10 cm less. Current A4 has wheelbase 2648 mm and the new one and A5 will have around 10 cm more which means around 2.74 m like in the mule.
