The 0-200km/h is a bit unbelievable. Yes it's heavier than the M5 Touring but weight usually only affects acceleration at low speeds, once the car is up an rolling it should smoke the M5 and E63 to 200km/h.

Let me remind you guys again. This is only one 0-200km/h test so far, many more will come and maybe we will see faster or slower times. Who knows!

I said it before, and I say it again. I think the new RS6 is the least impressive RS they ever made.

- for a 580hp car, I expect 0-200 time to got A LOT faster. why brag about the horsepower, when the car is "slow"????
- gimme the regular S6 anyday over the RS6!

I wouldn't say it's the least impressive RS model, but a lot of people seem to be underwhelmed by it. 580bhp is a monstrous figure, the car should be a lot faster than the results suggest, but it's early days yet.

The B5 RS 4 was a very, very capable car. It reached 0-60 in 4.7 seconds and that had 'only' 380bhp and weighed 1620KG. The B7 RS 4 is known to reach 60 at around 4.2-4.7 seconds. I'm not impressed by the times of the RS 6 at all, but like I said, it's early days yet.

Exactly. I wouldn't be surprised if the B5 RS4 or even the previous RS6+ would kick the new RS6's ass!

With dual-clutch or manual gearbox RS6 would be faster..and more sporty at the same time..I bet my a$$ that this auto tranny is far from being best possible option for this car..
