wow very very nice. i would take this thing over anywagon anyday and its up there with the q7 for me. is the interior going to be closet to the concept because that was one of the nicest i have seen in a long time

It looks good all though these kind SUV like the X3 and all road don't interest me.

The last Allroad was an awesome car, and sold pretty well from what I saw as well. Numerous owners I have spoken w/ said they loved their cars and had NO problems or issues w/ reliability, etc. This car will do no different than the last i'm sure. Lovely.

I agree... from what I can tell, it looks just like a raised A6... not a bad thing for sure, because the A6 is one handsome car.

I'm going to have to go against you guys on this one. I think I'd prefer a Q7. Hell if you are going to go the SUV path, might as well go all the way, rather than a jacked up station wagon right?

This car has a different target group than Q7. Some people hate SUVs but still want the advantages of AWD and big interior spaces.
I wouldn't mind owing any of the two.

sure, XC70 is a great alterantive. Just like Allroad Quattro, a raised S60/V70 with the advantages of AWD. Good comfort, strong engine and suitable for "playful" drivers! Ideal for mountain friends

PS. did you notice those big lights on the roofs of the cars in all the pics? what are they for?

For blazing through the bushes and moutains and maybe scare bears so that they won't scratch the car.

Here up north most drivers who have to drive long distances in the winter have at least a couple extra high-beam lamps mounted in the front of their car... It's rather dark this time of year.

Does it have to do with fog or snowfall?
