| Re: Will the S5 get the new V6? I believe that they are bringing the 3.0T engine into the S5 later on (when? I don't know). However, as good as the engine may be, i think that the V8 suits the S5 quite well.

| Re: Will the S5 get the new V6? The V8 almost seems outdated given the performance figures of the new 3.0 V6, all while taking fuel economy into consideration. I hope this engine debuts on the 2010 model although that means one year of waiting. I am planning to buy a new car in the near future, if only the s4 looked half as good as the s5! |

| Re: Will the S5 get the new V6? My best guess is that they're gonna drop that engine in there because that looks like it's gonna be the "S" engine for the B8 platform. I mean it wouldn't make much sense for them to keep the V8 in there since the S5 is basically just supposed to be a coupe version of the S4. Think of it like the 335i sedan an coupe, one has two doors, one has 4, but both have the same engine. |

| Re: Will the S5 get the new V6? You will see the 3.0TFSI V6 Supercharged engine sooner in the S5 then you think. The New 2009 S5 cabrio will have it right from the start and the Coupe' for the end of 2009. Jarod.
