I know, not very scientific of me...I was being and ass. As for Quattro, it would actually do more harm than good when it comes to driving as fast as possible. Although, it certainly would make things more forgiving if a driver was cought off gaurd.

That's not true. Quattro is an aditional advantage in any kind of road, wet or dry with main disadvantages the extra weight and greater loss of power from AWD.
