well andreas, i am half an engineer, in 2 years i would be a full one
mind that what i said is not perfectly true
it all is about the R&D costs, if audi has done their homework right and found ways to implement this within accpetable limits, it is quite possible, i am stressing on the unlikeliness given the closest we have come to a similar solution is either quad turbo on a production V12 or W16 or a tri turbo mercedes concept, which is closer to reality

as for teh design issue
we are not yet seeing any advances in audi design language, it's still basically the same main form, with alterations, the major design leap this time seems to be the shoulder line which has changed from straight line to soft curve
i don't think audi can withstand more than this geenration without a radical rethinking of the design langauge
the grill can stay as a brand identity, but the headlights and the fascia have to be expanded upon iof not radically changed, to give more individuality threoughout the range

Just to let you know they are now shooting the new A4 in Cape Town South Africa. - It looks like those photoshops with the light cut-outs similar to the current car the shoulder line is more rigid rather than the wavy lines of the A5.

You mean straight line shoulder? I hope so. For a car this size, wavy lines make it look shorter and less aggressive!
