I shared that I spotted a B8 A4 several months ago but no one seemed to care as I didn't have pictures (seems to be the case most of the time, not too many "believers" here). Anyway, caught one again and have the pics taken via cell phone to back it up... enjoy.

Silver 2.0 TDI with 143 HP and one third of car's price worth of an extra equipment (the car was ~29000€ optional equipment was ~11000€).

I like(d) the car. It looks amazing even with standard trim without S-line package and 18 inch rims. It looks better in black or white->. I've seen them both in person.
Loved the LED daylight running lights - looks great.
Loved the interior.
Loved the handling (even with winter tires).
Loved .... prety much everything.

What I didn't like? The engine, not because it's bad but because I'm just not a diesel person...

UK dealers are holding their launch events this Saturday, and if I can make it to one of the local ones I hope to blag a test drive then.

Good catch! I saw it but didn't pay attention. So if American models with the 2.0 TFSI are already in the country it shouldn't take very long until they present the European 2.0 TFSI.
