yeah its droppy a bit .. if thats what u mean, cls style

a lowering kit will deal with that

I can imagine the new S4 matching the current RS4 in track performance if they want to raise the bar a little bit high

I somehow doubt that, considering that the S5 is not any faster than the previous S4 avant, I doubt the new S4 will do any better.

That depends on who's testing you deem crediable, I've read testing that said the S5 reaches 100km in 4.5sec!
