Nice touch.
Eg. BMW offers same "individual performance settings" feature in some M cars only (via MDrive feature).
While some other models have presets only (eg. 7er, X5, Z4 via Sport button etc). And not for all systems (steering, throttle, dampers etc) in most cases.
In some cases BMW are such penny pinchers - offering some goodies in M cars only (eg. this individual settings, LSD, etc).
Good for Audi customers.

Audi's slogan is "Vorsprung durch Technik" after all. They are almost obligated to offer some features, tech, solutions the competition do not offer (or is offered only in top-end models).
