I wouldn't call this a facelift just some changes to seperate the 335i sedan from the 328i sedan, nothing more. I seriously doubt the 3-Series would need a facelift already even with a new C and A4 coming. They would at least need to see what those two are going to bring to the table before tweaking the nearly brand new 3-Series.
