These days diesels are very close (or even exceed) the power output of petrol engines.

So V10 & V12 diesels will easily reach an output of way over 400HP.

My hesitation is not from a technical point of view... I am confident Audi could pull it off oin that dept... my hesitation is more based on the cost/need/demand/marketing front.
