We used M3s for the rat race (i won) and skid pad. We did some timed laps with Z4 M roadsters (I won that too). We also got to mess around for a couple laps in M5s and M6s. Did the instrutors take you for a lap in M3s at the end of the day? They spent more time burning out and powersliding than going straight. It was awesome.
We didn't do laps on M3s, we spent all day on the 6 Series. Only time we did use other cars was for the performance driving tests. We drove the Z4, Z4 M, 330i, M5, M6, and 760Li.

As far as I know this is only included in their more exclusive cars, 6 Series, M6, and M5. Not sure if they have this for other models but they do have other courses at the driving school, like the M School, Advanced M School, etc (you have to pay for them, of course).
