False alarm! Sorry!

I've checked the pics of E65, and the same effect is also present there.

So, the second (outer) kink is the real one.

Re: F01 BMW 7er - first spy pics - 09-20-2006, 07:57 PM

Look how the roof is more coupeish / curved (position of shark-fin antenna, thinner C-pillar):

F01:

E65:

Also: shorter rear end (look at shorter boot lid) & not so massive anymore ... Hood is higher -due European pedestrian safety regulations ...

*******

Now when looking such sporty, dynamic & coupeish new 7er (coupeish roof, short rear end etc) imagine how extremely sporty & coupeish will look the new F10 5er then ...

And that $h!t could serioulsy damage the looks of the car and it will probably need giant wheels and tyres to look good and i HATE THAT $h1T!!!

Btw, how come that the S class sits so low in the front? No pedestrian safety regulations for them?

Ok fanboy, lol. This car ijs cloaked in camo, so you'd have no way of knowing just how different it looks compared to the current model. They'd be retarted to spoil the suspense with only a minimum of camoflauge given this car isn't due fo release for the next two years.

Just wondering, would these prototypes be the LWB version? because the rear door looks a lot longer in proportion to the front door.

Woah, thats a pretty long rear door just like in the new X5.

EnI, will all future BMW saloons follow this trend? is a longer rear door designed to give a coupe appearance whilst increasing interior room?
