I dont remember exaclty but I guess it was buttons and something in the interior panels. Compare S65 to S8 and you will know what Im talking about.
I know you MB fans to hate to hear it and you will probably never believe me but thats my impressions, sorry if you guys dont agree with me. but Im entitled to believe what I want and so are you

I cant be specific but I think I mention it from my thread when I visited Geneva. I dont care really since I will never buy them but Audi still is the best. I better add IMO

LOL, believe me Lu when I tell you that I've seen a couple of 7er drivers who use space infront of the I-Drive screen ("the cave") as a shelf for their books and folders.
Back on topic, I really do like the Special Edition interiors, especially that brownish/redish interior. This means that the new 7er is on the way

The Audi A8/S8 is still my favourite as you already well know ...the S class is excellent and is far superior to it's predecessor.
The A8 interior looks like it is out of a Hugo Boss commercial: masculine, cool, and technological.
Comparison
The VW Phaeton is starting to show it's age a little when we compare it to the S class ....but look carefully at the quality of of the details ...they are clearly among the very best in the industry ...comparible with vehicles worth more than twice it's price. IMO, the Phaeton has a far more elegant and tasteful cabin the the BMW or Mercedes.
