but we can expect it's debut to be as early as the 09 Frankfurt show

In my opinion there will be no 745d - the engine was to heavy and with the turbo engines the 6-cylinder will produce much better perfomance with less fuel consumption. Maybe BMW will introduce a second diesel engine. But I have no idea.
