Well the car didn't haver to look ugly just to be different and exciting,IMO there was no passion in it's design at all,BMW passion was climaxed in E38 design that was pure BMW DNA and passion to me.

I'm simply saying the E65 changed a stagnant BMW. BMW's where once different length sausages. The E65 was no mere sausage. It changed BMW. Have a look at the sales increase for those people that like facts...

The intrinsic value that Bangle bought to BMW was change.
