The guy sells BMW and Mini parts (and other - crap - stuff) - I think he just has some 'connections' IYKWIM . Very often, used BMW wheels coming from BMW (internal) wheels centre in Garching, are sold on ebay. Officially, those wheels are not for sale. I think BMW has, like Scotty already said, more holes than the Titanic

This is almost standars procedure amongst factory workers... To take a local Swedish example, in Gothenburg it is not rare at all to se Volvo 740 and 940 models featuring complete S60R brake kits and of course the almost mandatory S60R turbocharger. Wonder, wonder...

so if they know that the bumper is from their safety department, i don't think that it is going to be very hard for them to sort out the ones that are responsible for this "failure".
i have heard that when the 5series leaked on autobild, they found the responsible guy with the help of the reflextions on the car ...

Aaaah, I remember those E90 spy shots....the rear lights are different from a current E90...better actually.

And then there is BMW creative Marketing team trying to spin the leaks, and make best possible of the (screwed) situation.

BMW may be full of holes, but i doubt we will see any F01 pics like the ones we saw with the E90, the 7er is much more important.

Do you have a high charge on the BMW status?. You should have one if you are talking like this.

Anyway, it seems that BMW has controled all the spy pics we see, bacause we only see new ones every tow o three months.
