It's about side indicators.

Are they really there & genuine?
Are they fake & PSed?
Are BMW really shifting to side-mirrors turn indicators?
Are some pranksters joking with us?

The correct answer is: YES, THEY ARE.
You just have to pick the right question.

Also: blue headlight = xenon; you can also notice (as on previous spy pics as well) CELIS LED coronas are brighter now ... to comply to some DRL standards in some specific countries).

PS: the upcoming spy photo will be much more revealing ... Coming soon.
