BMW have never really been good at designing executive interiors. Although the E65 is a pioneer when it comes to interface, its interior was never really aesthetically pleasing. Still none of the chops excite me at all, all of them are unattractive. |

I thought the interior was going to be slightly driver oriented, doesn't seem to be the case in that pic... This car is turning more and more disappointing I have to say. Well, let's wait for the real deal. Maybe the new tech will be groundbreaking enough to make us forget the (so far) quite unsatisfying design.

The interior is quite driver orientated eventhough one would might anticipated less buttons. At the top are the radio/CD buttons while the bottom cluster consist of AC/climate control buttons. ![]() The S-class has its fair share of buttons as well, most of them located on the arm rest. In terms of number of buttons the new 7er seem to be closer to the E-class than the S-class. A more conservative approach. ![]() |
