Some of the details are lacking or wrong, and they can change the whole appearance, the reflections are bad, and overall it just does not look right. Even if it's close. I remember seeing some PS from cars that are revealed now, they were extremely close to the real deal but in the same time looked extremely bad compared to the official pics. Especially moder cars, and BMW, with their complex play with surface, flame surfacing, this can't really be rendered in a PS so the car is lacking one of its main design element.

It should either meet with the upmost part of the chromed kidney frame like in the 1er, 3er Coupe or 5er or go all the way down under the kidneys like the E39 or E46. I prefer the latter because I think the kidneys should move with the hood when you open it.
