The point is there is no more side cut-line on boot lid but more conventional one. While significantly raised boot (compared to the flanks) is still very present.

Similar to E90 but the flanks vs boot passage is more prominent - more in Phantom & RL style (MY 2007).

The car is MASSIVE. It still hides its dimensions very well. It looks less bloated & much sleeker than E65 (despite being bigger!).

Design: CS all over. It's still a natural step from the latest BMWs like X6, 1er coupe, 3er coupe & cabrio --- flame surfacing is evolutionized.

Front is bold & aggressive. Big grille, while headlights look smallish - perhaps only an illusion due the larger grille. Headlights: quite narrow & angular. Nice details. Eyebrows - either very thin or it was just a reflection. Hard to tell. Sharply stylized hood. There is something on the front side wing - it looked like a badge of some sort.

The car screams POWER. Very formidable appearence. Very sporty. Very modern. S-class & A8 look very dated, E65 even more, compared to F01.
Not a classic beauty, but very elegant & desirable.
