Just finished reading, very nice write up Just_Me...
One thing about the SMG that I got to try that actually worked. Gustav told you that you shouldn't let go of the gas when changing gears because you don't have to and he's right. But you know that thing you were saying about how everytime you change gears in the high settings, well if you time lifting the throttle just right, it's smooth. And i mean for just less than a second you lift the pedal.
