If carbon fibre didn't carry the connotations of "expensive race trim," nobody would want it within 100 feet of their dash. As is, it's poseur jewelry, with the exception of true featherweight sports cars.
Good argument...speechless...but I'd still choose a Maybach with Carbon Fiber dash over a wooden...
