I don't know how reliable that information is, but if you have more then I'd be glad to read it. In my imagination, opening fire and murdering a civilian for honking at your mob vehicle would be more likely from the mob in Russia than in Japan. In any case, it seems like killing someone for that sort of thing would be trivial and too much trouble to bother with.
