Maybe because you turned it off? I don't even know how they can even back out of this because when the car starts, the DSC is activated. You have to manually deactivated and even then there's a light that shows that it's off.

That video is priceless... the guy had NOTHING to say. BMW 1 Magazine 0.
BMW really went all out to prove that they were wrong.

Its not over yet. Next issue this same carmag will present us more tested 5-series with the same problem.

So when the DSC is on 5 series has no problem passing the test. That's good to hear.
