Actually the reason is we chose not to a CSL because there is only few marginal differences in which we can differ from the standard M3 and M6.

I think a carbon fiber hood and boot .. a stiffer suspension , some light weight wheels and brakes .. some more weight reduction by elminating more luxrious options with slight power increase would make a perfect CSL ..

CB brakes? 200 kg off? 480 hp 4.0 V8? No comfort features? Perfect CSL, will be sold out in no time. Do it Scott. Let marketing know there is demand for such a car from BMW. Everyone saying there is not should be instantly fired
