cause the car is still not out for a while
and this looks to much like BMW´s of today

Looks the same, at least the iDrive.

It's a known fact this (new) generation of BMW cars will be an evolution. And the shift from current to new generation will be much smoother - because of some elements already present in current cars (eg. the e-shifter, central iDrive controller, LED-bars tail lights, flame surfacing ala X6, 3er coupe / cabrio & 1er coupe / cabrio etc).

But some new design elements will still be introduced. The most visible features will be much bigger kidney grille, sharper character line (ala X6), extra Hofmeister kink printed into C-pillar metal (ala CS concept), new tail light LED tech (ala X6 Concept or CS Concept), revised iDrive controller with more shortcut & function keys, different iDrive GUI, new instrument cluster, again more driver oriented cockpit (at least visually), and optional LED headlight unit ... and more coherent design (although still very sharp & expressive).

But don't expect revolution as in current generation (Z4 vs Z3, E65 7er vs E38 7er, E60 5er vs E39 5er etc). It won't be as shocking this time.

i love the current 5er..
but interior..they should really give it a fresh new look

Some models (exteriors) will still be quite different from the current ones. Yet the shift won't be as dramatic since the design theme will be an evolution of current design theme seen on the latest BMW models (X6, 3er coupe, 1er coupe) - with some fresh elements seen on CS concept.

Interior will be pure evolution, with some traces of layering seen on CS Concept.

Again: evolution of general BMW interior & exterior design - not necessary an evolution of a current model!!! Eg. F01 will still be recognized as an E65 successor but will appear quite differently - but still familiar when seen from general BMW design strategy POV.

Different but very familiar. Evolutionary revolution.

i always find something when it comes to BMW

damn the dude in the pics made sure he coverd the iDrive screen completely! Maybe it could be the new interface incorporated with Apple?

An all-new BMW 5 Series is under development and these images offer the clearest view of the new sedan and touring yet.
According to sources, the next-generation 5 Series's design will be "less polarising" than the current E60's and will feature more conventional-looking headlights and a cleaner frontal design.
While keeping to the new European pedestrian safety standards mandate, BMW will retain its kidney grille design but also reduce the length of the front overhang.
The new car will have its wheelbase extended by nearly 10 cm and have a wider track, while its overall length will grow by about 2 cm. Its height will be reduced slightly.
Expect firepower to be sourced from a range of engines in the existing BMW line-up ranging from the 2.5-litre straight six to the 4.8-litre V8. A few turbocharged offerings can be expected too, along with a more powerful version of the M5's V10.

So in normal English it says "forget porky overdesigned American Bangle's, BMW's back to elegance, sportivity and class!"

I'm glad to see BMW changing this 7er and 5er. I never liked this generation of Beemers.The newer models are waay better, first the e92 then the X6, and hopefully the new 7er and 5er will be designed like the CS!
