My thoughts exactly. The 1-Series convertible looked perfect until the camo came off.

The 1-series convertible is not a new generation car. Nor is it as important as the F10 5er.
I have no worries whatsoever. This car is going to be seriously sick. Less weight than E60, sportier appearance and all new engines and tech....I so cannot wait

True, but none of this excuses how the 1-Series looks with me. Point was that proportions can fool you big time.

the rear door handle looks out of place a little ...

I still think BMW is hiding something for rear window + c-pillar .. i don\t see the small black pillar that makes the rear window "openable" ....

For the first time we're begining to see the actual shape of the car starting with the first pic of the sedan; the silhouette of the side profile is nothing short of gorgeous, more so than the Jag XF (a lovely car itself).

Quads eh? V8tt under the bonnet anyone?
