Re: Next BMW 5er (Autobild chop).

This chop looks just OK to me. Front is nice, but could be more aggressive looking - maybe by making the front and rear fenders more pronounced above the wheel arches. The rear needs work, especially the lights and bumper areas - too bland and traditional looking but still better looking than the E-60 rear. E-60 rear is unique and stylish but in a disfunctional way - oh those ugly shaped rear lights....JMO.

I hope the interior's something special because the exterior is not doing it for me. The front end looks a little 3-Series-ish.

Re: Next BMW 5er (ams chop).

Some new CGIs have been published in "auto motor & sport":

there was also a backview in the mag but it's not (yet) online.

Re: Next BMW 5er (Autobild chop).

So AMuS thinks that the next generation BMWs will be nothing but copies of the 3er Coupé but in different sizes

Here is the golden rule guys: If AMuS publishes a CGI then the chance that it's accurate is somewhere between 1 and 5%!!

Looks better than their previous attempt on 5er - their E60 CGI from 2002: that horrible dark red 7er chop.

AMS are definitely worst German mag regarding CGI. It's time to hire better CG artist, chaps.

Does the BMW badge count for 5% correctness?

Just wanted to share these CGIs even if they are BS as almost in AMuS. The guy behind the AMuS CGIs has a "gallery of cruelty": stern.de check it out and see what he's dreaming of

Re: Next BMW 5er (Autobild chop).

So it's Schulte who does their CGIs? I guess I could say that he's even worse than Lehmann... Since both Huckfeldts and Schulte's CGIs look awful or at least far from the truth, are there any made by Reichel (I know, he might not be any better) or other known PS artists?

Rear looks nice but there is something about it that screams G35 to me.
The front looks like an M3 without the Powerdrome.
