I wouldn´t bet on it..Loosing tyre pressure at those speeds with any kind or runflat technology is a close call..Luck is main factor in that kind of situation..and these guys just spend theirs till end of time .

Damn, sucks that the car is totaled. At least the driver is alive, the insurance will take care of the rest.
