It's talking about the overall concept of the vehicle - it's hardly anything groundbreaking. Standard air suspension (doesn't the Touareg/Cayenne have it on some models?) or 7 seats is hardly something to write home about, and, well, it's pretty obvious that all the cars in the segment have some form of 4WD.. Essentially the article is saying that while Audi's take on the Lux-SUV segment is not innovative in its approach (and I don't think it intended it to be), it does offer something worthwhile - all the mentioned Audi traits of high quality, good engineering, aggressive styling and all that.
