Very bad news for such a high dollar investment.
It`s one thing to have a bad design but when customers complain you should do everything in your power to react and fix the problem as soon as possible.
This is what keeps your customers happy and faithful to their favorite brand.

BMW should have responded sooner than thay did to such loyal customers.
This makes me wonder about the aluminum suspension pieces in the 5er, and the 5er is a cheaper car, what are we going to here 5-years down the road,
Just a guess.

I havn`t herd anything like this from Audi. Thay might have a little more experience with aluminum and the way it`s treated.
