Ther's no way the CLS was technically topped by the Passat. I tried Passats and E-Classes... There are worlds between them. Galaxies even.
As far as the aesthetics counts...here the CLS is just so much more elegant, everything flows admirably. The CC is completely artificail, you really see they were trying too hard. Lack of natural.

However, I have yet to see the CC IRL, so no definitive statement here...but in pics the CC is completely owned. Agree, it looks everything but German. Fron'ts quite boring, rear's quite weird so is the side...

CLS all the way! Which means I voted for the Passat of course...
