Diesel is cheaper to produce then gas, so it should be cheaper to buy.
The extra $.50 in tax on diesel should be removed and that tax transfered to something else, like motor oil and tires, but wont happen.
If diesel and gas cost the same I could see tones of people buying diesel cars and thus saving millions of gallons a year, but but but
