They won't. 80% of the car's appeal is in the speedster design. Give the car a hardtop and it would look like an TT-S with a bold after market kit.

I wish they had presented the car in a darker colour instead of that sissy pearl white paint.







PS. Reading the text again it is stated the it's a "showcar" giving us a hint that isn't not a production car. Maybe it's a vision for the RS-TT, the pipes are after all in RS style.
