I used to think the same thing about the wheel arches. However, I dont think pictures do the car justice at all. Much like how many of the more recent bimmer designs dont look particularly good in pictures but look great on real life. I prefer the darker colored s classes more because the wheel arches dont stand out as much.

With that being said I'll take a black s65 amg over a 7 series any day of the week. Hopefully the F01 changes my opinion.
