That doesn't surprise me, it has to drag an extra 230 kg around the track and the bodwork will be less stable. But my god what a fantastic car!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish they didn't waste production capacity on this poser and instead made the coupe or sedan or even a touring version.

In a foul mood lately???? That's pretty harsh. The M3 cabrio is slower than the coupe or sedan in all aspects, but it still performs very well. Not everyone will use these cars on the track. As a street car the M3 cabrio will blow many cars away, yet have the luxury of an open top or a closed coupe.

And even on a track, it still posts very respectable laptimes. Trust me when I say that a E92 M3 cab will be a very fast car for your average driver who occasionally takes the car to the track, especially with the M-DCT.

Haha, yeah that was harsh, but I still hold that the car dilutes what an M3 should be about. Also not a fan of the kind of patrons it attracts to the M3 fold.
