I am surprised I see so many Monaco blue votes....IMO monaco is for old people, and montego for young dynamic people

Maybe it is a bit embarrassing - but I'm one of those, who love the classic style. I'm 20 years old and would drive around with a Jag. I wear old style driver-gloves etc. Nevertheless I love dynamic driving - but the design should be more conservative (when it comes to cars)!

Ok so the opinions differ a lot. Fact is that the monaco blue looks great with a lighter interior. But that gets messy real soon, and when I am working on the mini I tend to get a little greasy so I am going for a black sensatec leather interior. The pic of the montego blue one does look very good, and as said before here in Belgium 5 out of 10 3 series are silver and 4 out of 10 are black, so I prefer a different one and I have alwaus liked blue bmw's. The alpina blue colour (don't know the exact name is my favorite one). It's in between the blue colours offered by BMW.

So to summarize I think I feel like most people, they are both blue but the Monaco one is classier and the montego blue is more dynamic. I'll show the pictures you guys have sent me (thank you!) and I might take her opinion into account
Anyway I look forward to my new car. Too bad I have to wait till October but one has to make sacrifices to get the LCI version

I have been shopping for 3er myself lately and would discourage the Montego Blue for the sedan version.

That blue looks great on the coupes (both 3er and 1er) but not on the sedan... as if the sedan is not sporty enough for that colour (if that makes any sense ). Now since you're getting the M-pacakge, maybe it will look better

Myself, after seeing a Montego sedan @ the dealership, decided that if I do get the 3er, it will be either Monaco Blue or simply black.

I am/was not going for the M package. But you are right, the touring version looks better than the sedan (in any color) but specially for the more special volors like montego blue.
The decision has been made and the car will be ordered next week.
