Could be a good surface. Then again, even the 60-150 time is not too far off the coupe.
That weight is right, until you look on BMW's USA website where it says a base M3 starts at 1694kg.
Just an observation, not trying to start anything here.
As for the 5-60 mph time, perhaps the C63 benefits from an automatic kick-down. Thus the only slightly delayed time. But torque can make a difference in this test. The 335i is only .2s slower than the M3 in this regard, while being .7s slower in the straight 0-60 test.
Edit: Nevermind. Unless the C63's transmission is the type that starts off in second, it may already be in first gear; in which case it's all low-down grunt (torque).
