I really like the Sparkling Graphite.

The best of the entire like though may be the coupe in Alpine White:

No offence to Merc, but...

And people wonder why M3 has gone soft... customers keep ordering it with all kinds of comfort stuff. It is normal BMW is going to pick up on that. If I was getting one, I would just get the tech package and and Ipod adapter may be the 19" wheels and that is it.

No offense taken.

Well believe it or not a BMW still has a luxury factor to it, even an Motorsport model. Any car of this price should have certain things IMO no matter how sporty, unless its a stripped down racer.

I don't think the M3 has gone "soft" per say, just more well rounded IMO. U.S. customers demand this type of stuff which is why the last stripped down M3 didn't fly here.

Shipping charges from port to dealer and then a dealer porter driving it down off the carrier and into the prep area.

Yup, what you say holds for the majority of US customers. Hopefully BMW will bring the CSL state side this time around for the rest of us willing to sacrifice some luxury.

CLK Black Series is sold in US so bring on CSL as well. As long as there is a little market, do not hesitate. If you read various bmw boards, Americans want a CSL.
