 What I'm trying to say is that SMG, was not, even extra in other models, like DSG is in VW, Audi, etc... Maybe I'll buy a 335d, and i would like to have a better gearbox, MB has 7-G, and Audi, VW DSG. Actually the worst part of BMW was gearbox, until now  , imagine E92 335d power plant with M DKG...Thanks. | |

Yes, would be  , but i will wait 6-7 months to see if BMW will introduce the M DKG in the E92 335d, i must believe, i want to believe... There is nothing, no confirmation, no spy photos... until now only M3 will have it, some one talk about torque, 335d - 580Nm, M3 - 400Nm... The new M DKG can hold 580Nm? Thanks. | |

My crews responsibilities lie with the driving and static car scenes. And yes we all had to have a drive... Interesting Point : 1. In the South African shoot for the new BMW M3 Cabrio, due to the weather the entire film crew and the BMW media crew went through almost 100 Ice Cream's during the whole week of filming. Here is a link which shows than the getrag gearbox is able to pass 600 Nm (> 580 Nm) i don't know how much torque for the next 335d which would be more powered (300 hp ?) GETRAG Corporate Group - 7DCI600 TRANSMISSION If you will find anything about that, please post me the info | |
