Tuned M3 with 467 HP - 12-18-2007, 01:00 PM

I wonder how reliable this information is, but a tuner(Noelle Motros) is claiming to have increased the Power from 420 to 467 HP, and the Torque from 295 ft.lbs to 317 ft.lbs.
Anyone ever heard of Noelle Motors?
