Ok, here is another pics for direct comparison (see also my previous post).
Do you see see difference in the shape of the bumper?

I really wonder which one (or both?) will come?? This one has a straight-shape, in the previous photo it's curved. Can somebody help out?

Usually M-package is an optional feature yet on some markets it can be standard (eg. 550i or pre-FL X3 in US market). Beside different grille area treatment, front bumper & air intake M-package exterior design also includes different rear bumper with diffuser imitation, and more contoured side skirts.

For the first time ever, I think, the standard is looking better than the m-sport (more like the coupe version). Eni, could you please e-mail me pictures of both versions without any camouflage so that I can make up my mind.

First of all, thank you ver much for the reply!!!

For my taste, I like the M-package-design VERY much better, than the "standard" one which I dont' like so much.

That means I would have to buy the M-package? Do you know what would be the approximate additional cost of this????


My problem is this:
I wanted to order a 316i, but can't do that, since it is not produced anymore, it would be the new facelift model - ok, but I cannot buy something I haven't seen before, right?

I could still go for a 318d, which is also nice and would still be the old pre-facelift model, but it is also 3000+EUR or so more expensive -that is quite a big difference! The money doesnt fall from the sky!
It's a dilemma..

Emery, you can always take the M bumpers only, and not the whole package. Much cheaper I suppose. It would be an aftermarket job though, but who cares?

So we will get LED blinkers in front, that's cool I like the look af that too. And the new front bumper seems to be more agressive and sportier. Way to go BMW can't wait to see the first official pics of the complete car (as we already know how the rear lights of the touring will ook like)...
