Yes indeed that is the M pack and not teh standard bumper

Yes, it's the M-bumper. Look at the area around the plate - it's totally new (and different to the bumper of the standard LCI-E90/91).

No. The upper part of the dashboard (especially the right end of the hump) is similar to the 'old' one. Compared the LCI dashboard to the current E90 today.
