Hi everyone, i may ask one question : has anyone any idea of power figures on the facelifted E90...especially will there be a power (even little) upgrade for the 335i ?

Power of the facelifted E90 has already been debated on this thread (page 14) and a power upgrade is supposed to happen but we don't have any power figure.

I don't think the 335i will be getting any power upgrade,really no reasons for it as no competition is there for that model yet.

Whether a power upgrade is expected for the 335i or not I can't say for certain. However, what can be said is that already the 335i is perilously close to the M3 in terms of on-paper numbers and performance. Taking into account a current 400 Nm, I wonder how the car buying public would take to the fact that a facelifted 335i would deliver more torque than an M3?

Personally, this doesn't bother me as the 335i is unlikely to ever develop the M3's heady power outputs but even with an easily attainable 250 kW and 450 Nm, a 335i would make for a compelling value proposition over an M3 to all but the most discerning of drivers.

As said before, no competition that exists. If you want to compare the M3 priced S4 to the 335i that model is on the market today.

really, I really don't think it's that big of a deal. You'd still have the better car, still have the more expensive or exclusive car and let's be honest, why buy the big German? 3 main reasons: driving pleasure, a nice place to be and to impress the ladies. First 2 don't change at all, 3rd one probaly doesn't even know what idrive is.
