It's B3 and not B3 Biturbo for Europe.

This is about right with what some of the tuners in the US are putting out as well.
There is a problem of getting all the power to the ground above the numbers presented, and also the turbo-lag starts creeping in at higher boost.
I have also noticed a shift in the torque bandwidth to the high side from the 1300 rpm to 2100 rpms.
So I am sure they are careful in ensuring a balance between power delivery/turbo lag/traction. Also remember that the stock car has no LSD, and I don't know if the B3 has LSD. But without LSD, you are have an artificial ceiling on how much power you can put to the ground.

I guess I'm the minority here. I'm not too fond of this car. Besides the power upgrades, there really isn't anything else that catches my interest. Even the power increase is nothing special. I guess I'll wait until it's unveiling for my final verdict...as of right now, this car aint nothing special.

These images reveal Alpina’s new twin-turbo B3 coupe, ahead of its expected unveiling at next week’s Geneva Motor Show. The car is based on the already potent twin-turbo 335i coupe from BMW and is said to develop close to 360hp and 500Nm of torque from its force-fed 3.0L straight-six engine. That’s an extra 60hp and 100Nm over the official ratings for the standard E92 335i.

With its electronic speed limiter removed, the Alpina B3 should reach up to 285km/h and complete the 0-100km/h sprint in less than 5 seconds, a significant improvement over its sedan-based D3 cousin. Another highly tuned model based on the 5-series sedan is also rumored to be making a showing in Geneva. The car will be an upgraded version of the twin-turbo B5 model, and is expected to deliver even more than the current car’s output of 500hp and 700Nm of torque.

Sorry, this is BS. The B3 biturbo is coming as a sedan (have a closer look at your own pic) to Geneva and the sedan will be the first version to hit the market.

Again, BS. The B5/B6/B7 V8 engine is supercharged and has no turbo or even two. They just bring the facelifted Version of E60/61 to the market and Geneva is the stage for this premiere.

I can crack those same numbers (0-60) in a regular, bone stock, 335i. I'll save the extra cash, thanks. Can't even get Alpina's over here but every once in a blue moon anyway.
