You have to wonder whether mods that raise the boost on the turbo's will affect engine reliability in the long term if the person is always driving aggressively. Turbo Audi's have always gotten very good results too with simple ECU tuning. On another note, maybe I should be thinking of getting the mods necessary to bring my C55's power up to 400HP like the SLK55 Black Series.....can't have these modified 335's blow me away from a stoplight or on the highway. No wait, maybe I'll just get a Kleeman Supercharger and enter into supercar territory acceleration... Bottom line: modding never ends and the comparisons become distorted when you mix modified and stock cars together. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Follow-Up Test: Vishnu Performance Systems BMW 335i Coupe Hahaha......sell the AMG and get a "normal" 3 series?? Not a chance. Love my all purpose car too much, and that AMG badge is a big part of it. Just like many E46 M3 owners aren't selling their cars to get a 335i, even though the performance is very close. But the next E90 M3 sedan certainly is something to think about in a few years time. ![]() |
