The grille looks smaller since chromed frame is missing!
Also head-on shot will reveal the grille size much better than these pics. Wait for a few more days.
Headlights: an evolution of FL E65 headlights - yet more angular, narrower & aggressive. But the general shape is kind a similar - with a touch of X6.
Tail lights will remain typical L-shape.
CS design influence: mind that CS was a concept. A bit exaggerated features. But ... "new 8er" is coming ... With strong CS influence, and more dynamic & daring styling than 7er. Luxury sedan vs luxury GT / coupe. There has to be difference. And it will be.
