^^ Then there's two points you can take away from this incident:

1 - A Viper can induce reckless driving almost instantaneously
2 - Be careful about number one because the car is toast if you mess up

According to somebody who knows about this stuff, the Viper is number one amongst cars crashed on the way home from the dealership.

I think having a car like this is like winning the lottery. Its best that you just wait a couple weeks to calm down before you go spending all that money, or in this case, power. But then that doesn't apply in this case, since it was the dealer who was driving the car! So maybe, like guns, Vipers also need a "cooling off period." They should go directly from the factory to the owner's garage, upon which time the horespower is limited to 200hp until the limit expires.
