I would take the 135i over the 335i too. I think they're about the same, in terms of looks. 335i is more classically elegant and beautiful, the 135i being more muscular/butch, yet still playing light quite brilliantly off its lines and creases. It has a purposeful, bulldog-like stance.

LOL, I've seen such snobbishness being displayed by 3 Series owners against 1 Series owners. Sadly, this will probably play out in sales performance of the 1er coupe in the US, where we already have an unfortunate "bigger is better" attitude.
